Email Marketing - 2024 Milestone

Dear friends,

This summer has flown by and I just want to reach out and say thank for being part of our Make A Difference Family.

We are honored that you’ve chosen to support our mission to lift disadvantaged youth out of poverty through quality education and training. I want to share a few milestones that we're hitting in 2024 for all three of our programs.

Our 11th Cohort of BE Students are Scheduled to Graduate

Our Business Empowerment (BE) Program continues to thrive! Now in our 3rd year, by the end of 2024, 174 more students will have graduated from our BE Program. We are especially proud that 70% of these graduates are young women, reflecting our commitment to empowering female professionals.

This robust in person job preparation and business training program now consists of an online Learning Management System (LMS) that tracks students' work and includes an active alumni network. 73% of the students are securing jobs or starting their own businesses within six months of graduating from our program!

USA Scholarship Students Breaking Barriers

"I’m a first generation student and the only English speaker of my family. My family is unable to help me pay for my studies so this scholarship is extremely important to me because it is my main economic support for my education." - Viviana

Our USA Scholarship Program is having a profound and lasting impact on students by enabling them to pursue higher education in the United States. Many of these students are trailblazers in their families, becoming the first to attend college. The scholarships alleviate financial stress for students who are working their way through school, allowing them to focus on their studies and community work

More students are scheduled to graduate in 2025 and beyond. Please follow their progress by clicking on our Student Impact Report below or join me in Tanzania this November 2024. I'd love to show you the impact we're making first hand!

With deep appreciation,
