Here’s What the Program Does

The BE Program was created as our Orphan to College students began to graduate from college. The Program provides graduates from the Orphan to College Program and disadvantaged youth and women within their communities with skills to help them obtain a job as well as hire themselves. This Program runs monthly for four weeks and the average scholarship is $100 per student. There is a new cohort every month. We support 400 students annually with this program. It operates in Tanzania and Guatemala.

Here are the results

100% of the graduates of the BE Program say the Program improved their understanding of the job market and the skills required for employment.

89% definitely would recommend the Program to others seeking job preparation assistance and 11% would likely recommend it.
